It's official -- the Waves are spreading northward this month for a dinner gig at the fabulous Blue Paddle Bistro. If you've never made the trip up from Burlington, it's time! The Blue Paddle, which recently received a 5 star award from Seven Days, is a great dinner spot that offers local flavor with a sense of fun. Come on up, enjoy a burger or something more fancy if you fancy, and let the Waves wash over you!!!   Directions From Interstate 89 South (Burlington) or North (St. Albans) - Northbound or southbound on I-89, take Exit 17, go west on Route 2. Proceed across the Sand Bar and into town of South Hero, past South Street and the Merchants Bank on the left. The Blue Paddle is about 100 yards beyond on the right. Driving time from Burlington or St. Albans is about 30 mins.
